MEETINGS

The regular monthly meetings are held the second Thursday of each month. Every meeting is open to the public.  Meetings are generally held downstairs at Pizza & Subs, 3700 BlackHawk Road, Rock Island, beginning  at 7:00 pm.

ANNUAL MEETING:

An annual meeting of members is held during the month of May for the purpose of electing Directors and for any other business that may arise.  If, for any reason, directors are not elected at the annual meeting, the Board of Directors shall hold an election at a special meeting of the members called as soon as is convenient.

SPECIAL MEETING:

Special meetings of members may be called by either the President, the Board of Directors, or by written request of not less than one-tenth of the voting memberships.
