Take Me Out to the Ballgame Night

 

On Thursday, April 24, Thomas Jefferson hosted its final family night of the year, Take Me Out to the Ballgame Family Reading Night.  Over 350 people representing over 100 Thomas Jefferson families attended making this our most successful family night in a long time!  Particpants enjoyed many activities including making their own baseball cards, playing baseball bingo and listening to baseball stories.  A ballpark dinner of hot dogs, chips, soda and popcorn was also served.
 
A HUGE THANK YOU to all of our friends who attended, helping us move closer to our school improvement goal of 50% family attendance at our family nights for the year.  Another HUGE thank you to ALL of our staff members who contributed to the success of the evening!!
